Forming a beautiful modern Australiana theme, they focused on the vegetation and cliff faces to create a contemporary spin on the traditional beach wedding which Melbourne-based photographer, Adrian Tuazon, and Director’s Edge perfectly captured.
The creative direction, styling and floristry was curated by Laurel and Grace who wanted to create authentic, fun and bold inspiration capturing the laid-back sophistication of the Australian lifestyle.
They contrasted the bold and vibrant scenery against clean, linear attire. The custom suits designed and made by Melbourne and Sydney based bespoke tailor: Oscar Hunt, were a focal point. The suits were created with the colours and textures of the landscape in mind. Each element was hand selected together to create a unique composition that would reflect the creative direction of the shoot. This was paired with a custom bow tie floral collaboration with Melbourne based men’s wedding accessories: Peggy and Finn to add some playfulness.
Melbourne designer Whimsical White created bridal wear with simple lines, which complemented beautifully Tasmanian designer jewelry: Francesca Collections.
This shoot is for all those contemporary lovers looking for something unique, playful and bold for their big day. It’s for those powerful brides and grooms looking to show off their confidence and charm which was perfectly embodied in this editorial by Melissa Maier Makeup and Pearly Hairstylist, both Melbourne based connoisseurs of beauty.
